Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Important Notice: Restocking Fee

All returns and exchanges are subject to a mandatory 20% restocking fee.

This fee covers:

  • Return processing

  • Product inspection

  • Repackaging and inventory handling

The 20% restocking fee will be deducted from:

  • Your refund amount or

  • The value of your exchange

This applies to all approved returns and exchanges without exception.


Order Cancellation Policy

🚫 Under no circumstances can an order be canceled once it has been shipped.

Once an order leaves our fulfillment facility, it is considered final and non-cancelable.
If you no longer wish to keep the item after delivery, you may request a return in accordance with our return policy and applicable restocking fees.


Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos so we can review and resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care or hygiene-sensitive items

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, the fastest option is to:

  1. Request a return for your original item

  2. Place a new order separately once the return is approved

⚠️ All exchanges are subject to the same 20% restocking fee.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

  • Bank processing times may vary

Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it is final and cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

After an order leaves our fulfillment facility and is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are unable to stop, recall, or cancel the shipment. This applies to all orders, including those placed with expedited or express shipping.

Customers who no longer wish to keep their order after delivery may request a return after the item is received, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. All applicable return conditions and fees will apply.
